Refund Policy
Recolm keeps refund terms clear before sellers submit payment.
Recolm charges a one-time fee of $19.99 to publish a listing.
This fee covers reviewing your listing and keeping it active for up to one year, or until you mark it sold or remove it.
When the fee is non-refundable
The listing fee becomes non-refundable once you complete verification, confirm that you have the right to list the property or item, accept the required acknowledgements, and submit payment. At that point your listing is processed and the fee is final.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, contact us and we will review it. Confirmed billing errors are refunded.
Rejected listings
We review every listing before it goes live. If a listing does not meet our guidelines, we will tell you why and, where possible, let you correct and resubmit it. Refunds for rejected listings are handled case by case, and we may issue one when a listing is removed for reasons outside your control.
Review before you pay
Please check your listing carefully before submitting payment. Confirm that your details are accurate, your photos are correct, and you have the right to list the property or item. A quick review before paying saves time for everyone.
