Listing fee
Post a listing for $19.99.
Recolm charges users to submit listing advertisements. Recolm does not sell properties or items directly, act as a real estate broker, verify ownership, or guarantee a sale, lease, or transfer. Each paid listing is valid for up to one year.
The seller path is simple: create an account, pay the listing fee, submit a residential, commercial, land, or marketplace listing, and respond to interested visitors directly. Listings may end earlier if sold, removed by the seller, taken off the market, or removed by Recolm for rule or policy reasons.
