This policy explains the information Recolm may collect to operate seller accounts, listing review, buyer browsing, and marketplace safety.

Information collected

Recolm may collect information you provide directly, information created through marketplace activity, and technical information about how the service is used.

Account information

Account information may include name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, account status, and related profile details.

Listing information

Listing information may include title, description, category, price, city, state, property details, images, seller details, moderation status, views, interests, and update history.

Seller contact information

Seller contact information may include display name, business name, phone number, email address, and other contact details provided for marketplace communication.

Buyer contact information

When a buyer contacts a seller about a listing, Recolm collects the buyer's name, email address, optional phone number, and message. This information is shared with the listing's seller so the seller can respond directly.

Waiver and consent records

Recolm may retain records showing that a seller accepted listing requirements, confirmed authority to advertise, and agreed to follow listing rules.

Usage and analytics data

Recolm may collect usage data such as page views, search activity, listing views, device information, referral sources, and general interaction patterns.

Payment information

Listing fee payments may be processed through Stripe. Recolm may store customer identifiers, checkout identifiers, payment status, and related billing records. Recolm does not need to store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate the marketplace, manage accounts, review listings, enforce rules, provide support, improve safety, analyze usage, and communicate with users.

Service providers

Recolm may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, analytics, email, security, and customer support.

Data retention

Recolm may retain information while an account is active and as needed for marketplace operations, legal compliance, dispute review, safety, billing records, and policy enforcement.

User choices

Users may contact Recolm to ask questions about account information, listing information, correction requests, or deletion requests where allowed by law and operational requirements.
